The main goal was to make the website look professional and trustworthy. The client wanted to create a great first impression and focused on two main services: Consultancy and Academy, while making it easy for users to register for their training programs.
Initial Phase and Collaboration
To ensure alignment with our goals, I first wanted to define the requirements and identify the pain points, so that we can make improvements in the new website.
That included information architecture, sitemaps, and QA
User flow definition
This is one of the primary user flows we aimed to define to ensure alignment with the business goals.
When comparing the new design to the old one, we noticed significant improvements in business leads, active session time, and other key metrics and areas.
